PAR FORCE HUNTING LANDSCAPE, NORTH ZEALAND (Denmark)
Par force hunting was a sport for noblemen, not unlike today's fox hunting, but usually with larger game. A collection of hunting grounds and forests on a peninsula north of Copenhagen featured a unique central-star grid layout of roads, demonstrating the power of the king to command and the unique planning and design of hunting landscapes in the 17th and 18th centuries.
